Conversion from PSS/E to ETAP ETAP has a built-in functionality to import PSS/E data into its environment, including the ability to import system information such as buses, generators, transformers, and transmission lines, which can be represented as Single Line Diagrams (SLD) in ETAP. - Supported Formats: PSS/E RAW and SAV files are supported for importing system data into ETAP. - Availability: The PSS/E import functionality became available starting with ETAP Version 12.x (released around 2015). 2. Please contact our regional ETAP sales office to assist with your questions. Basically the difference it that North America is running at 60Hz and I guess Iraq is operating at 50Hz hence the 20% difference in the timing.
