Actually for a professional classical violinist like him, these kind of passages are not hard to perform. Technical parts like spiccato are much more harder.
@ellee888

Actually, this run isn't that hard to do. A typical challenging run would have a lot more notes and would have difficult shifting.
@danielazizi7873
@danielazizi7873 Жыл бұрын
Not a single part of the piece was hard for the violinists. They are professionals. It's like saying Pythagoras is hard, of cours it's hard for people who hasn't learned it, but it's easy for someone who has.
@nayomie.e

people coming for you but it does indeed take hard work to nail that run. Hard work involves constant practice and dedication to a craft for several years, so that playing such a sequence becomes second nature even though it may be incredibly difficult to amateurs. I agree with you

something i've noticed about the eternal eclipse videos: the focus is always on the first violin, who obviously leads the melody and holds the most noticeable notes that people can recognize in the tracks. but the second violinist is the more skilled violinist, and i think i finally realized why: the second violinist *has* to be the better one, because the notes he plays directly support the first violinist. if the first violinist messes up, or has a hiccup, the second violinist's job is to pick up the slack and make it seem as if it was never there. if the second violinist messes up, the first violinist can't support him to hide the mistake, and the third violinist is having to support both of them, so she can't always pick up where need be - and if she makes a mistake in the background, there's two layers of violinists before her to mask it. the second violinist is the more skilled one, because he's the one that can't afford to make the mistake.
