I could never beat this game as a child. played it maybe 3 years ago and looked up what jewels to use to evolve my puppets correctly and that made all the difference

I was able to beat this game in my youth but didn’t know how to properly evolve puppets either. It was difficult. However, if you get the good puppet evolutions it is relatively easier to complete the game as you mentioned.

It is somewhat but the story isn’t that great and this game is much easier than Final Fantasy Tactics. I enjoyed it though.

@@gritzter idk i mean chrono cross was a old game back then and it got remastered so its not impossible athough i'd love this and Legends of dragoon to be remastered my mom would love them if they were especialy with todays graphics would be a huge boon
