The last part of this episode was huge! Finally the confrontation between the Ghost Lord and our female lead. A wonderful clousure to their past: she finally let all the skeletons in the closer free. She confessed she truly loved him and how disappointed she was to see his love was not that deep because it lacked 2 foundamental things: trust and loyalty. He didn't trust she loved him enought to do something to be with him, he didn't made up to her for his betrayal by giving her the jade. She simply learned she could't count on him and let her love for him die. He now knows his love wasn't one-sided at all but he learned he had fucked things up too badly for going back 'the way they were before' as he wanted. Now this 2 can have some clousure. If he is truly sage he can be at peace: he was truly loved by her but it'over now, nothing he can do about it ('I don't need the jade anymore' is a methafor: I was in need, you weren't there. I'm over it now, I know you would not always be there for me despite everything and I learned to not lean on you. I don't need you anymore.). He can be at peace: if there's nothing he can do about he could finally let it go and store the precious lesson learned for the next time.

All these things aren't excuses for their actions but that's some how responsible for their disgusting characters

This movie is starting to give me ancient love poetry vibes. Where bae ju was in a state of comma and Qingmu was in his body. And when bae ju woke up, quingmu had to go. Now I am wondering what will happen to crown prince when moyuan finally wakes up. This people and putting us through emotional stress. In ancient love poetry, when qingmu was bae ju, I missed bae ju but then got so used to qingmu that when bae ju had to come back to his body, I was so sad because it meant there would be no more quingmu. When moyuan died, I was sad. But I have gotten so used to crown prince that if he has to become moyuan, I would surely miss his character😤
