Firstly, I do not know why they want the MMA fighters so skinny. I would eat more dinner before I even started fighting in that ring. For example, since I wrote that last comment 8 months ago I have grown 8kg of red muscle meat and added about 20kg of fat and weight in total. That is exactly what those MMA fighters should have done. In addition, I do slow down physically eating so much food. However, my slower speed is very easily fixed by maintaining my bodyweight and working out for a few more months until I speed up. And that means you pack on the fat and muscle first and then speed back up later.

If you knew anything about fighting you would know a shit ton of fighters that are skinny and are beasts like cory sandhagen, sean omalley, israel adesanya, etc. fighters should play to their advantage and if they are skinny that means they can fight 1 or 2 weight classes below the weight class they would fight if they had muscle, its obvious you dont know shit if you think muscle=quality of fighter and thats okay, but if you dont know about a topic you shouldnt be giving your opinion thinking that you know more than fighters that train their asses off everyday of their lifes
