Eternia - Dark / Deep Ambient Liveset with Omnisphere

"Eternia" is a new soundset by S1gns Of L1fe (from Synphaera Records) for Omnisphere. My plan to record a short demo of this soundset quickly escalated into an one hour ambient set. All sounds are from Omnisphere with some effects, resampling and pitched down loops. I recorded most of the field recordings in the Black Forest in southwest Germany during my annual hiking trip.
There is not much happening in this video, I suggest that you take a nap or meditate while I play.

Deine Musik gibt mir unheimlich viel Wärme und Entspannung! Besonders der Part 2 von diesem Track finde ich total faszinierend. Ich höre gespannt wie jeder einzelne Ton langsam "anschwillt" 🙂 und dann wieder "abnimmt". Besonders abends nach einem gestressten Tag höre ich Deine Musik und dann kommt dabei meine angespannte Seele endlich zur Ruhe und ich falle in einen kleinen Schlummer. Speziell die tiefen Sequenzen beruhigen mich sehr und ich fühle mich dann ganz friedlich und frei von allen negativen Gedanken. Neptun ist echt süß. Und wie Du Neptun bürstest ist bestimmt sehr angenehm. Wir hatten mal eine graue Karteuser Katze, die war genauso ruhig und sinnig wie Neptun. Die hieß Mausilein und immer wenn sie Hunger hatte klang ihr miauen und mautzen wie das Wort "Hunger" 🙂 Ich wünsche Dir viel Erfolg und freue mich schon total auf dass nächste Ambient Konzert. Planst Du noch etwas Ambient mit Omnisphere zu spielen? Darauf klingen die Tiefen Sequenzen so zauberhaft schön!

Man, I have to say - this one is, 'hands down' - my favourite MS upload I've had the pleasure of hearing. I've had a pretty serious Omnisphere addiction for many many years now, so it's a thrill to hear your explorations with it, and of this soundset. So incredibly lush, expansive, dense, dense, dense......ephemeral, and dramatic. The addition of the field recordings add a spectacular organic, natural element, which seems quite surreal by contrast..................a w e s o m e upload!!!!!................I could lie in this warmth for hours.........

I know the Omnisphere has been around for a while and I heard bits and clips of what it can produce - but never like this! This is Omnisphere played at its best by one of my favorite composer/musicians, Martin Sturtzer. It's made for Ambient music and cat lovers alike.

Thank you! This set was recorded with Omnisphere and Field recordings, but you can watch one of my other livesets to see which synths I use. At the moment I work a lot with the Waldorf Iridium, but other digital and analog synths as well.

This soundset it not part of Omnisphere, you have to get (link is in the description of this video) and install it with "add .omnisphere" somewhere in the menue.
