I feel like he's going to somehow sense that Vanessa is in trouble, because they are connected, and will try and save her. Like, in the trailer, it looks as if Ethan is having a dream (or vision) of them reuniting and hugging each other tight, until vampires start trying to break into the house through the windows, and then Ethan suddenly wakes up. So to me that looks as if he's sensing that Vanessa is in trouble, by vampires. But that is just another theory of mine at the moment. I hope it's true, but we'll have to wait and see xD Thanks again for the lovely comment
