Oh , and you can sit down in the shower to shave your legs same as the tub there was a place to sit up out of the water to the left with your legs in the tub to do that there. it also helps older people to wash off who cant set in a tub or stand too long in a shower.

Where do you find all these abandoned and vacant houses ? Does Canada have a huge abundance of vacant homes ? Many of these that you’ve explored look like someone could move right in ! I’m also impressed how vacant houses in Canada aren’t vandalized or burglarized . Your citizens seem to respect other peoples property . Thanks for the tours ! 21:36

Can't believe this is worth 3 mil. Wouldn't call this a mansion. Very basic finishes and appliances, one car garage. Strange layout. The best thing in the house was the wood floors. I've seen a lot of flooded basements on your tours. Are sump pumps not a thing in Canada?

I liked it! It looks like it was taken good care of. I was surprised it had 4 bedrooms, and even the smallest one was a fairly decent size. The kitchen was a decent size and i liked the cabinets (but the stove, fan, and microwave were all incredibly nasty and in desperate need of a cleaning 🤢). Thanks for showing us this one! ☺ P.S. The tub in the corner had lots of room around it for candles and um 'stuff' too, hehe! 😏

Well ,,, it's a basic no frills nice house . I prefer that to those " nouveaux riche , over the top tacky faux chic " places . Love the kitchen plan but freplace , looks like plastic . It is very young for a house to be thorn down . Keep it up . 👍
