This Bugged Tower Took Over This Video... (Bloons TD 6)

The T-Rex Beast Handler in BTD6 just got its damage reduced by about 13%. However while the idea was to test if the damage nerf is significant, another tower which I thought was only there to help us out had different plans for us in Bloons TD 6!

weirdly, you're right only on official NK maps. on custom maps only, for some reason, you cant place a tower on a carrier flagship spot if that spot goes over a path.

beast handler needs more showcases, it's such a CRIMINALLY underrated tower. easily one of the best in the game. chimps challenges are an absolute JOKE when using it also beast handler paragon when? it should just be a silverback gorilla

Those 5 people were doing CHIMPS runs on Bloody Puddles with 80k left over. The problem with every single beast handler path is that their potential (especially in terms of value) is monumental. However, to casual and all the way up to upper-middle tier players beast handler is just too hard to utilize. You have to know exactly what tier breakpoints give power spikes, micromanage placements, and so on. And if you aren't one of those 5 players, you just build carrier flagship (or whatever is the latest hotness) and let it do its thing.

What a coincidence. I just finished a double HP MOAB run on this map and had the carrier flagship and was baffled by how easily it destroyed those double HP MOABs before they even reached the big pool.

Genuine question why does everybody seem to hate the beast handler? I use it all the time even without merging and it works perfectly fine as a tower I don’t get why people don’t like about it

It’s at the very end of the tower list, it has no strong synergies with any heroes because it’s a support tower, it has short range, it has a large footprint (especially for cash efficient merging), it can’t get tier 5 without having multiple expensive tier 4s. It has a good niche with not needing chinook to move around the map/change lanes.

sorry to prove you wrong but you can one shot bads have a global stun and huge bad damage, and have a perma stall. on everything except bads which the two paths above deal with. All with the beast handler yes they are expensive but they are POWERFULL all of them are, each upgrade past tier 2 is powerful the great white can one shot moabs for just around 8k and deal with grouped bfb's The orca can one shot zomg's and deal with large groups of bloons and the Meg while being considered weak for its price, still does absurd damage with its thrash and is really slept on because people think if it only for its bad killing potential, when it actually does absurd grouped damage The Velociraptor is a good cheap way to deal with moabs when max beast power and has good synergy with towers that can stun bloons, The Trex does huge amounts of damage has a semi global stun on a somewhat short cooldown, The giga has a global stun huge damage to all bloons and great grouped damage. The Golden Eagle Is really great at stalling early in the game and provides great early support, The Giant Condor is just Golden eagle but MUCH stronger, And the Powakai is Probably the Best Stalling Tower in the game, its cheap for what it does and stalls everything except bads and makes it to where you only have to deal with the bads for the whole game, and you say its the beast handler is bad, i disagree its probably the best tower to get at all stages at the game because it is so diverse in what it can do and does what it does very well, it is a great starting tower, it is a great early and mid game damage and support, and it is worth the money in the end game, if you start using the beast handler in the late game you will have a better time, trust me as long as you have your farms down, and a decent defense, you can use the bast handler to its fullest potential,

@@noobifyedplayer9445 sure top path can one shot bads but when it gets to rounds like 160-170 it cant one shot them anymore and the attack speed is bad your better off using a boat paragon that has a ability to one shot bads easily for as middle path it suffers the same thing lack of attack speed sure its good for damage over all but your only really reliant on the ability and even then its mediocre at best if we are talking tier 5 then its alright but if you need damage theres other towers like BMA for late game when bloon income is super low in late game and your income is using farms like spamming monkeynomics or using the bottom path farm spam and as for bottom path beast you really need a DOT like bloon solver and some cleanup like a bomb shooter but by itself its miserable against small bloons like super ceramics and theres a better stalling thats cheaper and wont need extra towers and thats bottom path mermonkey which does the same thing except buff heroes and give pierce i can agree the beast is good for early mid game but falls off extremely hard late game

For the price, if you know how to use it the T-rex is easily one of the most cost effective towers in the entire game. Nothing even comes close to rivaling it for a similar price. It is great ceram clean-up and decent MOAB damage. If you are a casual player, this nerf gives another reason to not use the Beast Handler but if you are a competitive player, this nerf means nothing and you are still going to use it regardless unless NK nerf it to the ground.
