eThekwini should have a new mayor next week. Council Speaker Thabanyi Nyawose says a venue has been booked for the swearing-in ceremony.
The city has been without a mayor for almost a month. Former mayor, Mxolisi Kaunda, was redeployed to the National Council of Provinces. The metro is facing major service delivery problems and a Section 154 intervention has now been implemented. #enca #dstv403
