_I closed my eyes, hoping to slip away into that world I'd once seen. The Unseen Serene. My pained heart had been too much to bear, yet I bore it every day and night. Until one night, when the moon's light bursted through thin clouds, I heard a song. The melodies in the wind tickled my ears as the breeze tickled the grass. An overwhelming calm came over my entire body. I closed my eyes, hoping to slip away into that world which lie before me. The world where music so ethereal can melt away pain like snow in the sunlight._ What a lovely experience it is listening to this music. As a writer, it really inspires me and gets me in the mood. She danced alone, getting carried away in the soft notes of the music. She dances so effortlessly, which much grace that everyone just adored. She remembers their faces when they see her dance, so captivated and hooked onto every step and leap she takes. But this time she is alone. She continued her routine but something felt off. Her mind was unfocused and her heart wept. Her mind now on a frenzy, making her movements more static and sudden until she fell to the ground. Isolated and perplexed, she tilted her head up towards the deep night sky. Dancing was her escape. She felt free and unable to imagine a life without it. This was just a interpretation of when I first heard this as I’ve seen a lot of people write short story’s and I thought I’d give it a shot (: it’s not that great but it was fun to write and I wanted to share it.

(after seeing all these pretty stories, i wanted to write one uwu) _the princess lay on her tiled floor, the surface sparkling and polished. moonlight streamed through those enormous glass windows, carrying emotions... memories. almost anything you could dream of. it made those tiles shine with euphoric light, those simple squares of plaster and many other materials being transformed into a vast sea of a million diamonds. the princess was no longer a ruler of a country. as she laid there, she was carried away. slowly but surely. being stripped away from reality into something more beautiful... ethereal even. the princess was like an angel, slowly rising from the earthen ground to be carried up, up, up... through the misty clouds and into the paradise we call heaven. it was like she could feel soft, feathery wings sprout from her back, the feathers white as snow, carrying precious innocence._ _the princess could feel them flutter, wind dancing through the delicate feathers. the moonlight blessed them, blessed the new angel that was the princess. the clock ticked down, but it was slow. it felt like the night would never end. and the princess liked that. she wanted to continue going up, forgetting her memories on earth, no matter how valuable. she wanted to spread her precious white wings, burst through those clouds and take the form of new, budding life. that's what the princess wanted. the girl finally closed her eyes, allowing the moonlight to become one with her. she closed those beautiful, ethereal eyes..._ _...and all was well._

she was there, sitting among lavender flowers, looking at the emptiness. Gently she closes her eyes and lies down on the flowery meadow. White butterflies landed on her face as if to caress her. The sun shines high in the sky and warms it on this May day. She would have liked to enjoy the pleasant sensation of the sun on her skin, but Morpheus called her into his arms. Slowly his mind drifts away. And so the little girl fell asleep in the middle of the lavender, cradled by the sound of birds chirping. Lavi ❤

Every night when the moon rose she quickly faded away before she could ever love. Although her soul was destined to bring light to the darkest corners of the universe. At night she shined bright in the sky and her love brought a sense of peace to the world. Her enchanted voice could be heard in the midst of the night, when all the noise and distraction disappeared. She could be heard at last. As I watched the stars and listened to the sound of her soothing lullaby as my eyes slowly starting to close. It really is magical here.

the ocean floor wrapped its blinding shades of aquamarine and turqoise around my slim shape. the sheets of silk and linen present around my blurry line of sight. the fading light of the moon grew darker with each curve of the fabric that was laced around my once dry figure. i could almost feel the color drain from my ever so caramel face. my eyelashes became a bother to lift. so i close them. the warmth of my eyelids entrapped my brown orbs in a cage of fire. i could feel the waves crash inside of me, smaller but rising higher with each plummet into the oceans cascading waters. everything was still, but i felt my insides rock with the unsettling notion that i will never feel the sensation of oxygen again. i lifted my tired eyes one last time, to pleasure myself with one last glance, at the ever so ethereal moonlight. i never once got tired of looking at it. even to this day... as i lie on the oceans floor.

I stood silently in mourning in the midst of grass and midnight blooms of careless sapphire flowers. The full moon was graciously shining her light down on my soul, reminding me that my dear friend too was once the light in my life. That faithful moon was surrounded by a vast multitude of stars. The crickets chirped carelessly as if they knew not the tragedy that occurred here that fateful eve. She was now among those stars, shining down from the heavens. This place has haunted me for almost a year now. This was the place I last saw her royal majesty, the princess who was taken from me too soon.
@sharksnark4 жыл бұрын
She lay on the swirling soft plants, watching the blue irises illuminate a certain calmness of blue. A contrast to the natural tone of the shrubs that towers over her with curiousity. The moon glows, penetrating the misty clouds. It allows a dim glow for her to enjoy the wonders of this serene night. She reaches up to the sky to greet the sea, full of stars which flutter a simple rhythm back to her. A swift melody of the rustling botany lulls the girl to a safe place. The warm fireflies flutter gentle to keep her company as she allows the cool air to envelope around her. Occasionally, the flow of light at the bridge brings her back to reality. The whirl of the soft engine gives the familiar sound of the city she left behind, but will always be a part of her. This night has shown her the beauty of life. Her heart shimmers alongside the beauty of life she understands today . Lowering her eyelids, she comes to the realisation that everything will be okay.

I needed a moment of reverie, so I decided to write this little story. Hopefully, you read it as you listen to the song, and find that it brings the music to life 💗 She sat near her window sill, tea in hand, candles lit, with nothing but the crickets to keep her company. As the stars twinkled in the rich night sky, she felt as though someone was watching over her, like a loving mother watching her babe softly sleep. she knew all was well,and closed her eyes, taking in the surrounding sounds. She could hear the distant train, slowly whooshing by, and could feel the wind slowly tangling her long and curly locks, cooling her flushed cheeks, as the hot porcelain in her hands prickled at her skin. Even though her eyes were closed, she was not blind to her surroundings. She could sense the world just beyond the glass, and saw the vibrant colors, lilting and jumping in the black cloth behind her lids. These colors were not like most. They seemed to sing with life, and danced as if putting on a show for the most celebrated audience. As the colors slowed, it seemed as though they too were trying to comfort the girl, and lull her to sleep. She slowly lifted her lids, as saw that she was no longer in her tiny room. She stared in wonder, taking in the scene around her. Where her flowing curtains had once been, there now stood a crop of lilac and fuchsia flowers, slowly bending in the night breeze. Beyond those stood a broad and tall willow tree, with long limbs, covered in lime leaves. As she stood to take a closer look, she noticed that she was on a hill, looking over the valley below. She gently placed her hand on the bark of the willow tree, steading her balance as she took in the night's view. A great shadow had fallen over the valley, but the soft lights never seemed to dim, and the moon shone down bright upon the town. With a calm and clear mind, she sat back down in the tall grass, and laid back, taking in the view of the twinkling stars, brightly lit in the rich night sky.

They had just bloomed, and I’m surprised that they did, because the dirt here, it was unthinkable that it would even sustain a single strand of grass, yet it nurtured a whole patch off flowers,oh, so beautiful. The world layed down at yer feet, yet you never gave them any ill to make them. Your face always beheld a sweetness towards those who were yours. The sweet blossoms in the air that twirled about you in spring, the fireflies in the evenings that lit your face... How i remember them so ! The people flocked to you and you, in turn welcomed them. The grand parties you held, the music you loved, the way you gave indulgence to your male admirers with dancing the night away. Modern yet elegant, sweet and shy, all the things that you are. None of it could stand against that which took you, the thing that makes my heart weep as it takes more of your people. I watch them fall as you did, as leaves in the fall. I hope where you are, you are there to greet them, welcome them, like you used to. I will do what i can here, my dear Princess, to send them home to you as they fall. I will show them love and light and to show no fear. Your true Servant. Had to guys. might be kinda pathetic but i cried while writing. The music kinda over came me. Silly i know, but it's a thing XD

The shy silhouette of the moon gleams throughs and spills into a lonesome girl's bedroom. There she lays, restless, an endless loop of the disarray she feels within herself. Distant smells and locations wisp past her, leaving her spellbound. Stillness, is one word to describe tonight. When the world becomes this faint, sometimes you wonder if you were really meant for anything more than this. Everything and everyone is changing so quickly, there isn't a chance to catch your breath. The world has become so polluted that we can't even see the stars anymore.
