Somalia has already collapsed! The MOU is not cancelled, it is still on! Somalia 🇸🇴 will disintegrate into smaller states most of which will confederate on their own with Ethiopia apart from the north east state of puntland which will be forced to join Somaliland which is going to become a constitutional monarchy!

All we need is peace, Wongel! We have a lot of Somalian in Ethiopia. They have one religion, language, and culture. I don't get it why they're separated. Africa must wake up. Why not America, or EU or Europe not separated? At least they better build a good country for future generations.
