Excuse me!!! Properly train your airline employees! Send them out into the field without really knowing what they are doing, and then teach them what their role as a manager is and how he should treat customers! In particular, the manager working at the Zanzibar Ethiopian Airlines office seems to be the worst. Since the manager is terrible, what would be the attitude of the female employee working under him?
