Adopting a floating exchange rate system in Ethiopia could bring both flexibility and challenges. It allows the currency to adjust naturally based on market conditions but might also lead to increased volatility.

But remember if you are looking for a training that you need for becoming a capital market service provider you must take the training from Addis Ababa University school of Commerce or Kidist Mariam university and Take CISI certification after the courses taken at those institutions .

look if our gov't uses the funds that are provided in a productive and profitable ventures and I think the decision is well intentioned but my fear is the constant panic by the public and greedy business who are increasing prices and hording basic goods are the cancer of our society.
