Your nose looks gorgeous ! I am SO disappointed. I had my surgery in March this year, and my nose tip is STILL swollen. I am still taping. I now wish I’d gone to a different Dr. But your results are beautiful ✨

Thank you so much. Please don’t be disappointed I read that our final results may take up to a year or even more. I believe being patient is one of the hardest part of recovery. Did you receive any steroid injections? That may help with swelling as well.

Hello, how are you liking your nose now? And who was your surgeon? 😊

Yes, your nose does look really great. I noticed that you do sound pretty nasally one month after have you noticed a difference?
@Iamparisfrance_ Жыл бұрын
Yes I believe it was due to the swelling but now I do sound nearly normal pre rhinoplasty.

Your nose looks truly impressive, and I'm pleasantly surprised that an American surgeon achieved such excellent results. In my experience, many American and UK doctors often lack extensive experience with ethnic nose procedures, primarily due to their limited exposure to ethnic patients. For instance, in the UK where I reside, I came across a case where a doctor had only one ethnic patient among 600 patient. This limited exposure doesn't instil much confidence. If I were to speculate, the reason behind this could be the persistent stigma associated with nose jobs within the black community. It's somewhat paradoxical because, while white individuals frequently undergo nose surgeries without judgment, the same has not been true for other communities. Consequently, surgeons may not have had the opportunity to master the techniques required for ethnic nose procedures and may continue to use methods developed for Caucasian noses. However, ethnic noses often have different structures, with many being flatter (though not all), requiring techniques such as rib cartilage augmentation due to the relative weakness of ear cartilage. Reducing the alar base, another important aspect, is challenging, and many American and UK surgeons struggle with it, resulting in undesired outcomes, such as the triangular nostril shape akin to Michael Jackson's. This is why many individuals of ethnic backgrounds often opt to travel to Turkey, as Turkish surgeons have amassed significant experience and employ up-to-date techniques. It's only recently that American and UK doctors have started embracing these advancements, learning to use rib cartilage effectively because black people are now having rhinoplasty but there still have along way to go. However, you doctor did an incredible job, your nose looks so beautiful like it was done in Turkey. Your nose is the kind of nose that you see performed by doctors in Turkey so your doctor is good, and must had a lot of practice working on black people. I noticed a few key questions that your video could address: 1. Why did the doctor use a donor rib instead of your own? 2. What motivated your decision to have a nose job? 3. The cost of the procedure? 4. Did the surgeon raise the tip of your nose, with the aim of achieving a desirable, even outcome as it settles?" 5. Are you still doing steroid injections and how much is that costing you because American you have to pay? 6. How have your black friends reacted? because your nose looks more European or rather I should say more East African since East Africans have the same type of nose as Europeans Finally are you going to do another monthly update.

dr. Bora has so many complaints and is on the botched list. Many women say they can't breath and they received uneven nostrils.Glad you didn't go to him
