Hi Coby, not sure I fully understand your question. Your ethnicity results should (at least somewhat) reflect your heritage.

I had 5% of middle east and 2% north Africa and 2% west Aisa. Now I don't see these.

Ancestry did just do an update, so that could account for these. They are employing a new technology that should make the process more accurate, so it is possible that you no longer show as having these locations. See our blog post about this at www.yourdnaguide.com/ydgblog/ancestrydna-sideview.
