MindCrack is a server Guude started in late 2010. It is a private (whitelisted) server. We are currently not accepting applications.
Another battle has taken place. This time we visit VintageBeef's claustrophobia inducing jungle village and resort.

Etho actually does not have a problem showing his face, but he does not want to spoil the 'mystery' some of his subs like regarding his appearance. He always does not have a camera to record his face. :)

He's using the Description Mod, it's a cool mod that records a video, posts it and puts any information about it in a box underneath it. There is also a sub-mod that puts a similar box on a KZbin channel in an easy to access place so that people with dumb questions can look there. It's a shame idiots don't know about this, it could really help them out.

My guess would be that since it is a 40 min video it would have taken too long for it to export and upload to youtube. So Etho just cut it down to 480. But it does look almost the same, etho has a higher resolution 480 for some reason.

Here is a tip, by left clicking and right clicking your sword at the same time you will "block hit" it means you will both block and hit at the same time, therefor you take less damage and still do damage :D Try it very useful really useful.

I think Etho din't upload in 720p, cause this is not a main part of his series, and then he don't want to use to much time rendering and uploading a 720p video. In his last singleplayer episode, he said that he had a busssy month. Or maybe he just forgot! We still love him. No homo

Etho usually only spams the bow when he is low health so he can have a few extra seconds to regenerate health. At one point in this video Beef attacked Etho beside the water, Etho was winning the fight but then he ran out of arrows. If he had more arrows using that technique he would of killed Beef. It is a good tactic. If you do not think so, go do some Pvp and use it. It will work for you if you do it right.

The point is that it's a problem with Minecraft because it did not affect 1.4.7 as severely with the same settings. You might not personally be affected, but there are plenty of people who are. Most people who are only having problems with 1.5 don't have AA turned on anyway.

Yes, but when not fully charged, the bow only does half a heart or no damage at all. And it doesn't stop the sprint of the other player. With some easy maneuvering the other person can just charge toward him and kill him. Which is how he dies in this video a lot. He has a very passive and scared style of PVP. While still entertaining tho cuz he's Etho :p
