I quite like the fence/boardwalk thing around the lake. My only thought is that it doesn't have a clear "purpose". In the real world, a boardwalk like that would be built to serve some purpose (like for fishing access, perhaps, or just to for scenic viewing at a tourist spot). I think the "you got etho'd" is a pretty good "tourist attraction", but maybe there should be a small little sculpture thing in the lake (or on that little island bit in it) would help make it seem more like the boardwalk is there to serve a touristy purpose?

To fix them bumping together above the killing chamber, you could do what you did with the spawn chambers of the blaze farm (the area in which they spawn) you could have a sort of funnel, if you like, and so if they hit one another they would proceed to land on a pressure plate that would push them into the centre toward the killing chamber meaning the farm would be less time consuming and therefore more efficient

At the edge of the lake, to blend the firework launcher, you could build a small building with a lever attached to a series of sticky pistons and redstone blocks to send the signal downward. And for the edge of the late great scenery would be tables w/ chairs with custom placed (and custom built?) trees. Maybe make the firework building a foodstand?

This was a pretty interesting episode for me, because your original blaze farm videos were the ones where I first remember watching you. I love seeing the update to this place, looking forward to what comes next. For the boardwalk, might just pull planks back 2-3 blocks from the edge, but keep it uniform. Normal boardwalks like that typically don't blend like your idea IRL, so it might be better to widen the boardwalk back a bit before trying to blend it into the rest of the world.

I like the waterside fence a lot. The wood+coarse dirt idea will look good, I think. Maybe add some some lanterns/street lights and other objects along the side like benches, crates, etc? The more stuff you add by it, the more it will look like it has a reason for being there. Alternatively, terraform the shore so that the fence is closer to the road or move the road closer to the fence.

A fishing hut would fit quite nice to the new look of the lake... I think... at least... But it also looks good like that.

Might I suggest that you turn the "basket" into a 3x3 "basket"? If they were to collide, they would still fall in. Then have your piston system to push them down into a 1x1 killing chamber.

You might be able to fix the blazes colliding by using another almost-never-used redstone function: the repeater lock! You could make it so that when a blaze hits the pressure plate on one side, it would stop a repeater on the other so that the opposing pressure plate would no longer function momentarily, and then let it go again a few ticks later once the blaze had moved on, so collision becomes impossible! Keep up the awesome builds!

The land-side of the Lake barrier needs some work. I also recommend adding some sort of dock to get you closer to the Etho sign, and a non-enderpearl means of getting out of the lake.

I think you can make that a walkway around the lake, and maybe have it so that you have to walk a few steps down to reach it. For the blaze farm you could make them enter at different heights to prevent collisions
