Secret Life #1 - Everyone Must Sleep!

Secret Life is an odd mix of a Social and PvP Minecraft game started by Grian. Players are thrown into a tiny world with almost no rules, except survive as long as possible.
In Secret Life, players are given a random secret task to complete before the episode is over which rewards up to 10 hearts or bonus items. Easy Tasks can be rerolled once into a Hard Task which rewards up to 20 hearts or bonus items, but carries the penalty risk of losing 10 hearts if you fail it. If someone guesses your secret, it is no longer a secret, and you fail the secret task.
3 Lives = Green Player
2 Lives = Yellow Player
1 Life = Red Player
Red Players are given the goal of killing all the other players in the game.

I might end up watching more perspectives than ever because of how each persons secret will change the scene. Man the decision to remove health regen was so good. It already “uncontrives” red names. in past series red names only didn’t kill early because of content (I.e, you don’t want to end someone’s series too fast) which I always felt was a little forced. Now they’re naturally forced to pick and choose their battles because instigating is an unrecoverable decision.

I feel like Red names have always been hesitant to start battles out of fear of dying. Instigating combat as a Red name gives your opponent the chance to kill you. It's why traps have always been popular. This system allows for hit and run attrition damage to earn kills though and that will be interesting

I absolutely love this because of how obvious it is that everyone is having an absolute blast. You can tell Etho had a big smile on his face the whole time, and there was so much laughing. Absolutely lovely to watch and listen to! Well, I just finished Cleo's episode. As usual, I always start any Life series with their first episode because Cleo just has that something something special. They're freakin' hilarious and they bring out it in everyone. I can tell I'm going to love your series already from what I've seen. You've never based with any of the 3 people you end up with at the end and I am so excited. Do you know how long your community has been waiting to see you actually collab with Mumbo?! I mean, we had hoped it would be with redstone on Hermitcraft but this is the next best thing. I've also been hoping you'd team up with Grian for a Life series. Etho bet on Cleo to die in Tango’s game and ended up telling Cleo this. She said “a bit rude, Etho”. To which Etho replied, “well, I know you like that kind of thing.” Ever since they’ve had this weird friendly yet adversarial relationship throughout the Life series… and even on HC too. The task was beautifully done Etho! The tactic of giving out beds to people, pretending that your task is to get people to sleep, and sneaking carefully in the right timing, everything was just done very well and the fact that you made it just in time was the cherry on top

New season is here! I'm hyped! So many nods at the older seasons in this, from Boat Boys to Ethubs to an potential Etho-Cleo team up. Hiding your secret behind a fake secret was a really clever strategy, a true red herring that threw people off. I love that. What an amazing start to this season, and this new rule set!
