I love tongue twisters. Thanks a lot for teaching me some new ones. In my language (Czech) there is one tongue twister made only using words containing consonants. My foreign friends are always wondering how such thing can be said. They find it impossible. (It's „Strč prst skrz krk“ by the way)

About the first one, 'Shut up the shutters and sit in the shop', in case anyone does say 'shit' there instead of 'sit', I thought of an easy way to never make this mistake. First there is 'sh' 2 times - in 'SHop' and after that in 'SHutters' but! 'shutters' ends with 's', which is the first one of the 's' series - 2 times again - 'shutterS' and 'Sit'. So, what you can do (and what I did) is to remember that you have 2 times sh, 2 times s and then 'shop' at the end, which, I suppose, no one has a problem with. And because of connected speech, 'shutterS AND SIT' becomes like one word and this makes it even easier.
