Who authors technical specifications in ETL Testing project? And Typical composition of ETL Testing team? And Who authors business requirements and who authors data mapping specifications and who gives data quality rules Please answer these questions ASAP

ETL technical specifications is nothing but data lineage or stm document which is usually prepared by business analyst together with development team and circulated to testing team. Since now most of the companies following agile methodologies hence there is no concept of separate testing team in big size. Testing team is part of scrum team and work in a cross functional mode.
