I have never been his student, rather his senior by a few years..I have come thru MBBS MD exams myself coaching ...it's just that his thought process is very clear....I don't care if he ends up having students getting into iit or aiims....if ones thinking and approach is this clear,you WILL crack the exams....very true about the friction problem.Kudos NV sir.

Such passion towards his job. Really nice. We need more people who love their work. There was something that doesn't make much sense. In the starting of the session, he tells a student to not waste time in writing short notes. The teachers have already created these notes and they are good. A concept of 25 pages has been summarised into 2 pages. In the end of the session, he tells us how students are not able to understand the question and how important it is to write down the concept in your own words. It's not a school and the teacher will not be dictating each and every line of concept. You show understand it and write it by yourself. Both the things sound contradicting. Maybe competitive exams are an exception here but generally notes are written by the student in his own words from what he understands and that helps in the whole learning process. Huge respect for the teacher. Every thing that he says is gold and coming from huge experience in the field. I am not trying to demean anyone. Just that in the end of the session, when he was sharing his experiments with how students learn better, those findings were true for learning in general. What he said in the start was specific to competitive exams maybe.

Most probably what he meant that write down concepts in your own language when you are reading the theory itself (don't have to make proper notes). This is actually similar to the point he made about understanding the question. You will soon make a habit of reading a line and interpreting it(this is by far the most important skill related to academics as a whole and not only competitive exams)

@Angelo Wilson yes you got the point correct, we actually saw the reality of what the dreams we were showed and what actually happened and yes studies are lot ,I mean a lot harder than it looks but we get out own perks to go with. So it's fine and after graduation too be honest,looking back it feels how naive we were 😂, the lime light show faded gradually ,but I enjoyed all those brief celebrity status round the society 😂👍.
