@@Adityakakad2427 while listening lecture I keep in mind every concept of main topic then at that time I read ncert and write notes without seeing here only getting 2 times revision then next day I just revise it and from that next day onwards I do mind revision like taking 1 plain paper and writing topics and I remember the concepts so it will be little hard and uncomfortable for first time but that chap if we do for 1 week dng mind revision it's make so confidence after that from next day without pen and paper sitting in meditation position we can remember full chap easily do 1 chap 1 week daily

Mam thanks for the idea mene socha hai me April ke pehle 3 round me bio revision krugi .. 1st round two chapters per day approx (20-25 day) 2nd round three chapters per day (12-15 days approx) 3rd round again two chapters per day with+ chapter wise test / unit wise test + mostly focusing on weak areas .. april ke pehle ita karlu ? And mere test toh har week rehte hai hi ..

Mam , i love bio a lot , that's why i took mbbs field ,, but i am dropper. I completed bio syllabus on 30th dec and it was more effective means if i complete cell unit today, tomorrow i used to revsie cell with human physiology like this i used to revise unit daily.. and i had 200% confidence about bio caz i used to know ncert line by line. I memorized all lines that much i prepared and even my bio marks used to be 160+/180 always . I lagged 2 weeks becaz of depression and health upset, feeling like lost path , if it was done with physics or chemistry, i used to solve it slowly some how but it is happening in bio... i completed syllabus early to revise more times but now can't able to do revision,,, bio is my heart unless it will function i can't able to read any other things... feeling lots of underconfidence for not recalling bio and can't able to recall bio.. wat to do
