Why do you remove the driver side rubber isolator and then transition in the video to the passenger side being removed?

Definitely still need to disconnect the passanger exhaust hanger your not getting a curt hitch around it

We would agree with that. The instructions don't mention disconnecting the exhaust hangers, but feeding the hitch into those tight quarters would be nearly impossible if you didn't gain some more room by temporarily lowering the exhaust a bit. www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hitch/CURT/C13240.html

What are the torque specs on the bolts? Got it from etrailers but no paper work
