You ran the power wire along the fuel lines?

You kind of have to route it in that general area, but I was able to tuck it up above the lines. I didn't like that part of the video either. My goal was to keep all lines easily serviceable years later, and it's definitely possible! Just takes a little more time and thought.

Doesn't the tacoma has the built-in plug already? Why add an external one?
