I always use a box for charms so that they don’t get damaged. I have 5 different sizes depending on how many items people buy :)

Thanks for the kind words! The cat charm was a free gift to anyone who made an order above 50$ :) My printer is an Epson SC P600, the cutter is a Silhouette Cameo 2, the program comes with the cutter it is called Silhouette Studio.

inkjet. Laser cannot achieve the same colour vibrancy so I don't mind paying more to make my stickers look better :)

Nicolle's Dreams why do you need to put airmail and custom forms on the packages? Also if your sending a letter do you still need to add a custom form and air mail sticker?

Those steps are necessary as per Australia Post rules and guidelines. Every country has different rules, also every shipping company has different rules too. On top of that there are different requirements depending on the type of item that you want to send off, the shipping type, country of destination etc. "letter" is anything that is thinner than 2cm, but depending on the contents, it might require a custom form or additional paperwork. If it is only paper you don't need to add a custom form, if it is anything else (like charms) then you must add a form. Best thing is to stop at the post office, explain what you plan to be selling, packaging dimensions, weight and then they can advise you on the best option.

If I recall correctly, you made the images originally in Illustrator. Instead of drawing the cut lines for each sticker why don't you copy the sticker pieces, unite them, and then offset and use that path? If you need to you can do adjustments to the path but shouldn't have to.

I tried that, but it still took me longer overall because of the amount of defects and issues that the gradients+compound paths cause in Illustrator. As soon as I tried to use pathfinder in conjunction with expanding appearances and so on, a mess happened. This method is slightly less painful although it is still tedious overall haha
