For those of us that are training ourselves to be speakers, take notes from this man. Number one note I've gotten from this is interaction is key. If you're not forcing your following to interact with you, you're not gonna go anywhere. Especially when they need it. Interaction with your audience is SOOO important. Whoever it was that said it off camera, I'm guessing it was a coach or something, "just like they're doing right now... nobody wants to speak up, everyone wants to be cool. Nobody wants to step forward and be a leader." I said BOOM!!!

People think that when you get to the league that, that’s it you made it and you did but what you gotta understand is, what exactly did you make it too? Yes the league but now what? It’s not gonna be ready made for you. What you did was work your ass off to prove to the hate keepers you deserve a shot, just a shot. A shot to make it to the league but the challenge doesn’t end there. Now your met with the challenge of not only staying in the league but learning to grow into your next milestone.
