It would have done much better if I put it into the ground earlier but life happens so all good. Thanks for watching!

You had a lot of nice, new growth on that Little Cado. You’re getting quite an orchard going.
@AvocadoTalk3 жыл бұрын
I seriously thought the Little Cado would just NOT do anything since it was supposed to be a smaller tree but I've tried to train it to go up and it is kinda doing it. We'll see if it continues. I'm almost considering another Little Cado somewhere in the mini orchard. Thanks for watching!

Awesome possum! Looks like it will do well there. I can't believe how much that wurtz grew! Glad you found the beer. I'll send you more pictures

Yeah it seriously was a twig when I first got it, water, water and more water was the key I think. Thanks as always for watching!

Nothing in life is free, someone is paying for it of course but I'm more than happy to take advantage of this especially for an avocado tree. You should see some of the other rebates we get. Thanks for being a part of the team!

I wonder if Florida varieties would work well for you. We are essentially in the same zone but you get a lot more rain like Florida. Thanks for joining the journey and excited to see how yours avocados turn out!

Beautiful Ettinger, mine I killed, but salvaged a scion now grafted to our Fuerte, has grown beautifully this season, they seem vigerous, hope for fruit in 2022. Thx for sharing..200 subscribers! Way to go on your way to 1000.😄

Very humbling to know that people out there are interested in seeing and following along on this journey. Thank you for being a part of it. The Ettinger is supposed to be vigorous and mine is in the middle of the yard so hoping it can handle the heat.

Cool Ettinger! I have never heard of this variety 🤔

Supposed to be very good tasting and a good pollinator for other avocados so we'll see how it does. So far so good.

Nice to see you were out planting today. It was a great day for avocado planting. About 2 weeks ago I was at epicenter and picked up 2 Carmen, a Queen, and a Palo D Oro. The Queen and Palo went in today and the 2 Carmen yesterday. And right now as I type we are having out first rain storm 9pm Oct 17 getting everything all nice and wet. Couldn’t ask for more!

You and Johnny got way more done than I did. 4 avocados and I only got 1, well I did buy some avocados from a guy selling them on the side of the street, supporting the local economy I guess. Can't wait for my orders from Epicenter, she told me that I'm on the list for next year so going to keep the conversation going. Thanks for watching!

@@AvocadoTalk which ones you got on order? I’m assuming Nimlioh?
@AvocadoTalk3 жыл бұрын
@@SVmathfarmer asked for: Nimlioh, Daily11, Bird Ave., Malama, Martin, Koala Avocado, Palo d’Oro Avocado, Greengold Avocado. But now I'm going with Daily 11, Malama, Palo and Green Gold. She said Nimlioh was going to be tough to get.

Congrats, seriously nice varieties there. Really want a Palo now. I'm talking with someone who has a Royal Wright Avocado so should be able to secure Scion wood in the future.

@@AvocadoTalk yea i moved here from phoenix AZ so gotta take advantage of the climate. Plus the prices of produce is only getting more and more expensive. I plan on having a few avocados, citrus mango and stone fruit trees in less than 9k sq ft. Hopefutlly i dont overcrowd my yard. Its somewhat of an experiment lol
