They aren’t grilled though, they’re wet because oil is used unnecessarily and it’s mixing with the water content in the meat causing them to steam in their own liquid and then they are then covered in cling film to continue steaming. You need balanced fat content and a hot griddle and then the meat will crust externally and cook in the middle, that is a burger, not the wet sponge on this video. Sorry.

Yeah I don’t know about this..that does not look like a beef hamburger to me. There’s weird stuff in the near and it’s not dark/red enough to be beef. Looks more like pork sausage if you ask me. But I don’t know much about Korean food.

The entire time I was wondering what type of meat it was. I don't want to sound prejudice but I'm very suspicious about the meat content in East Asian countries. You never know what's in it. They might say its beef just so you will purchase from them, but they are known to eat all kinds of animals.

I hate to say it but for all we know it could be dog meat since areas of Korea are huge in the horrific dog meat trade/wet markets. I’d hope they wouldn’t serve that or sneak that into high tourist areas though. They could have a huge problem on their hands if they did and the tourists, whom most aren’t ok with eating dogs or cats for that fact found out.

Once the burgers are cooked there is nothing to keep them warm. By the time they reach the customer they will be cold. Who wants to heat up burgers in the microwave. Plus strange how they didn't build the burger but just offered buns and sauce for you to do it yourself. I'm also wondering about the quality of that meat.
