@@Pribe13 I appreciate your reply, but I am a chef. I ran a short order restaurant for five years before I became a chef. No doubt that bacon especially in the back is raw. Bacon does not have to be burned and crispy. But that bacon was pink. The way he was moving the toast around the he should have pulled the bacon from the back to the front and put the bacon in the front to the back. The bacon in the front was almost cooked. Before I replied I made sure I went back and watch the video and thought maybe I missed something. I could care less I would not eat it personally

the most unique part of Korean street food versus other Asian countries is the Korean love of Bread. It's rare to find so many bread related items in Japan or Taiwan, but they are everywhere in Korea.

I get the egg mixed with cheese. I can’t tell what was piled on each sandwich after the Square cheese slices. Then two different sauces were swirled on top of that (what were they?) and then bacon, then the other slice of grilled bread. Seems delish, if I just knew what the other ingredients were.
