If this could be done at a grander,faster scale. This is exactly what the food truck public wants
@Bootzzgvgs3 жыл бұрын
It could be, the bacon could be precooked, or three-quarters of the way precooked. He could just throw it on the flat top with each individual order and put a weight on it. The eggs can be already be beaten and put under a refrigerated system with a 3 oz or whatever portion scoop. It's easy to just drop the cheese in the bowl. It's easy to have someone drop the bread down while you're preparing it's a whole science it's not a hard thing. It's called short order cooking, people do it everyday. If the truck has a nice-sized flat top they can make many different sandwiches. If the person knows what they're doing and they are a good short-order chef it take tops 3 to 5 minutes depending on what sandwiches are being made. I apologize if anyone read my comment prior to editing. Someone liked my reply, I was forced to read it back and some of the words are kind of off the hook LOL. I'm glad you got the general idea. I don't know what people picture when they see these food being made. My chef partner and I put out 350 breakfast sandwiches or omelette plates on Saturday only to come in and repeat it on Sunday while making sandwiches for the boaters to bring on for lunch! It is not glamorous, breakfast rolls right into lunch. It's never under 150 degrees, it's grueling and fast-paced. It was the best job ever !) It's not for everyone.
