Quick tip for when the Twilight Era begins for the Ottomans, the way to maintain low Decadence gain is by having as low as possible autonomy (basically no trade companies you'd rather have cores and eyalets), having high stability, and being at war. With these 3 things in mind, most players should be able to navigate the whole decadence issues once they begin, be quick to set up though, because the effects will start to snowball if left unchecked.

Or you can do the opposite thing: trigger the disaster as quickly as possible, get out of it as quickly as possible and emerge with so many disgusting bonuses stacked on you. I think you can do the entire thing in like 10-12 years. Extra 5% admin efficiency alone from the disaster probably cuts more from your total WC time. Not like any AI is going to risk declaring on you while you're "weak".

but you want to have decadence disasters. it will lead to extra missions. you dont see those missions without firing disasters.

If you dont want decadence missions then the only thing you need to do is having absolutism as high as possible something like at 80 absolutism decadence wont rise

Redhawk's Ottoman guide helped me a lot with making my own plan for Ottoman One Faith run so it's interesting watching him do Ottoman WC after spending few runs executing the achievement. Playing Ottomans is so wild, it's like you play some weird version of EU4 where half of rules don't exist.

Honestly, I respect people with the patience required to even attempt a "world conquest" run. But personally, I would have chosen to turn the Ottomans into "Devlet-i-Rûm", it doesn't do anything besides giving a new name (like the Caliphate option) but it sounds like the Muslim version of the Roman Empire and as a fan of Roman stuff, I like it.

Diplo is a key idea group for world conquests. The improve relations help prevent coalitions because it increases the speed your AE ticks down and the province war score cost is massive in turning a 4 war country into 2 or 3

I'm a little surprised you didn't take diplo ideas as one of your early ones for the province war score reduction and attempt to combine it with some of the other great projects that also have the different religion war score reduction costs. Still a great campaign though and appreciate the exhaustive effort of finishing it.

Yeah I think Influence is better as a second diplomatic idea, Diplo and Espionage for conquering lots and Influence for controlling vassals
