Video Idea: Every country has a modified version of the Chinese Kingdom government (which gives everyone a CB against each other and cores for provinces that get sieged down) that works for the entire world. Or alternatively you could even make each region it's own "China" so the cb only works against other countries in that region, with a Celestial Emperor for each region.

My favorite way to play is tall with a slow creep of expansion throughout my playthrough, and I like to be on top of tech. So, Florence has the best ideas for my playstyle. Especially since you change to Italian after you've gotten 100 innovativeness as have to conquer to expand because dev is like 60 in every province.
