EU4 but ONLY 10 DEVELOPMENT Nations are Allowed!

In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be removing every nation in the world that has more than 10 development and allowing the small nations left behind to colonize the world. This means major colonizers like Spain, England and France will not be present, so the new world will certainly look different, along with the rest of the world!

East frisia staying east frisia but colonising the most opportuneous stuff is a definitely east frisia moment. They should add a "frisia" meme formable, where if you are a frisia nation, Taking over all of frisia and having more than 2 colony tiles you can become frisia, getting cores on all of frisia and getting claims on provinces bordering frisia

Idea for CK3: Honorable challenge. No extra marital affairs, one spouse, intrigue is limited to defensive options so no assassinations unless you are the target of one, no wars unless you are first declared war upon, and basically just trying to be a nice guy with a very strong domestic policy who is slow to anger, but when he does, goes ham.

Why? Siberian frontiers cost diplo mana

@@Chewbert it would lead the cleaner borders, more organic growth, and a more logical new world. It is also relatively cheap in terms of diplo, and you could always do the same thing with the event you made and just give them slightly extra diplo instead of extra ducets if you really wanted to. I’m also positive there is a way to completely eliminate the cost (or make it almost free) if you wanted to, you’d just have to edit some of the text files and make a “custom mod”, which I believe you’re already familiar with. Cheers, and I hope you’ll consider it for at least a test run!
