Idea: make it impossible for Venice/Genoa to declare war(maybe give them historical friends modifier a couple of times or something idk eu4 code), then give them somewhat large buffs (maybe extra ducats, some aggressive expansion modifiers etc..) and see who is the greater power AND who has the most score. If it's 1-1 then some sort of tie breaker could happen (or you could just use the score or just use the great power list) You could even make a series of videos called vs's (some interesting matches include Portugal vs Castile, Norway vs Scotland, Timurids vs Ottomans, Muscovy vs Poland).

Poland with PU on Bohemia? But this never happened in this time. Boleslaw the Brave was briefly duke of Bohemia in 1003 but it was by conquest and never again Bohemia was under PU with Poland. In the late XIII century for a few years king of Bohemia was also king of Poland
