EU4 Victorum Universalis ep 1

INTRO
Hi everyone and welcome to "Victorum Universalis" a Grand strategy overhaul and Total Conquest mod.
WHAT'S THE MOD ABOUT?
This mod builds on the previous mod structures of BT & The Conquest of Paradise mods by adding to and expanding upon what was already there. Victorum Universalis is a 4X genre mod in that it allows the player to explore, expand, exploit & exterminate all those before them through political actions and by means of conquest on a grand strategy scale.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES?
This mod tries to stick to history through the inclusion of both historic & modern borders, whilst at the same time giving players the option to go down an a-historic path. It also tries to be inclusive of all other cultures through their in-game representations.
FEATURES
1) Extended the date from 1820 to 1881,
2) Bigger map with additional provinces to Europe & the rest of the world,
3) Added in new tech groups to Europe etc,
4) Added Hong Kong province to China, something which as the British I could not live without,
5) Added new govs to Wales "Prince of Wales title", Andorra, Orange and other countries,
6) Added more countries to Europe, whilst expanding upon EU4 vanilla's & Oceania/Polynesia regions,
7) Added more tags throughout the Philippine archipelago,
8) Added navigable rivers to Europe, Asia (ancient Grand Canal system in China), Africa and the Americas etc,
9) Re-done coastlines in Europe and other parts of the world,
10) New icons, ui interface gfx's and so on,
11) Added both modern and historic borders to allow for both historical and a-historical borders,
12) Expanded government names to place such as Wales, Andorra, Orange, Archbishopric of Canterbury etc,
13) New music and sound files for the Ages interface,
14) New Terra incognita that can be viewed zoomed out,
15) New expanded missions tree for Byzantium, England, Spain, Ottomans and many more,
16) New events and decisions, with many more in the works,
17) New eras for the Ages interface such as Enlightenment, Industrial, Imperialism, Nationalism,
18) Custom interface icons and city pics,
19) Better and more accurate Constantinople, Paris and London,
20) Re-positioned all monuments so they're in the correct provinces,
21) Changed the start date for the Palace of Versailles from 1444 to a later more historical date,
22) Activating BT buildings that were already in the mod, as well as adding in more,
23) Re-balanced Armies, Navies and manpower so as to avoid doom stacks,
24) Re-balanced development and AE so you can now take more provs during peace deals, without incurring too much aggressive expansion penalties,
25) More changes on the way!
