I had a wipeout going 32mph on my Lynx wearing one the armored hoodies when I'd only had 80 miles of riding on it after moving from my 18XL with 1000 miles. Gear did its job but I learned full coverage is nice to have since I still had a bit of road rash where it road up on the slide. Since its summer I ended up going with one of the Dainese Air Frame Jackets and compatible mesh pants. Have so far escaped any faster crashes, just the usual mud/sand wipe outs on tight trails/park paths. I definitely recommend doing some riding on more difficult surfaces to get the muscle memory that helps with wobbles. Otherwise just moving your toes a bit farther to the outer edge of your pedals helps a lot with stability. Basically have your toes point out just a bit instead of straight forward. It gives you a bit more leverage when you are pushing down with the front of your foot. Just putting in the miles and practicing carving on rough surfaces will get your stabilizer muscles trained. Another good option is getting a seat and learnings seated riding and how to transition. Being able to sit down is a really effective way to deal with wobbles in most situations and makes faster riding less impacted by crosswinds.

Man I’m so excited to try it out. I’m trying not to think about it 🤣 can’t get here fast enough. The elbow pads I’m wearing suck 😅 I’ll be waiting outside on Tuesday for fedex or I might just have to track them down 🏃🏾‍♂️ 😂

I think ur guna like the bionic man! It takes a little to get used to tho, but its guna save ur ass if u end up eatin it thata for sure haha. Its a good peace of mind knowin ur wearin it while cruisin u know. Already saved my ass while flyin down a downhill and hittin a frickin rain trench in the dirt lol, i went flyin and did a little half roll then slid on my back! If i wasnt wearin that thing my back and everything else woulda been tore up. So good choice gettin the bionic fosho

I’m definitely looking forward to it. I ordered a 2x. Hopefully it fits. Should be good. I think I’ll love the look. Can’t be any worse than what I’m wearing now 🤣 paintball gear. At the end of the it’s all about safety so that’s what matters. Trying live a healthy EUC life 🙌🏾 can’t be missing work 😭

I wanted to add that the wobble at 7:08 was probably due to your tire tracking on the crack. It’s called railroading. It happens just because the tire starts tracking on a crack or line on the road. Hope that helps.

I mostly ride without pads and helmet when I am just running errands, going to the store and doing 25 mph or less on short rides. If I am doing a long ride and I know I may ride WITH Cars then I will gear up. Most times me gearing up is just to be seen, look like a Sci Fi movie/Comic book character, not necessarily for protection

I know what you mean. If I’m not making a video I usually don’t have on any gear 😂 it takes too long to put on. I gotta stop though. You never know when something could happen. I’m hoping the jackets not too cumbersome.

Hey, how's it going? "Brit-in-Portugal" here. Good to see you back out again. Nice to see you looking to investing in good body-armour too. Your mounts from a stop look pretty good to me so no need to be self critical..... you mount better than I do, I noticed you going through an area that looks like a "Seti-Tracking" station - - I guess it's a communication hub? I'm intrigued by the flat-top towers with the two big antenna.what's that all about?......... so ..... bug in the helmet!! ----I had that a few days back and had to stop to clear it out --that's the downside of an open helmet ---- it may be cooler to let air through, but bug-attack can be a b###h. Your 360 stitching issue -----you using lens protectors? -----if you are you may have the issue i had with getting the front and rear covers on the wrong side (?). Swapping them made the visible stitch-line less obvious for me. Love your work ----keep-on-keeping-on Rick in Portugal

Thank you my friend!! That is a satellite center. Feds are always back there. I don’t know what them use them for but I know back in the day it was military. It is right behind our airport. There’s even a plane from Cuba that’s been stuck there from the Cuban Missile Crisis. I ended up ordering that alpine stars vest. Can’t wait to try it out. The bug definitely through me off. I’m just glad I didn’t get stung while riding. No lens covers on the 360 camera. It might be the mic attachment. Always good to hear from you all the way across the world 🙌🏾 thank you for the tips too my friend!!

I think your actual mounting is better than your confidence in mounting. 4yrs of EUC, never had one even act like it wanted to put me down, unlike OW.
