I guess some people do not understand that exactly this sort of findings are the ones that trigger the manufacturer to investigate and do firmware updates. The hardware is there. Thank you and keep up the awesome work you do for the community.

Ronin - you’re doing your best here. In fact it is good that we see all the good and the bad. With reviews like this it helps/motivates EUC makers to do better. Now we know that the LYNX isnt all perfect. Knowing is half the battle.

I'd just point out again, PWM was bouncing between 75% and 83% as your speed varied between 42 and 48 mph. PWM looks at power draw, not at speed. You can't simply take the final reading and suggest the PWM is that level at that speed. In fact, you can see in the video the speed shows 48 mph and the PWM briefly flashes 77%. PWM is accounting for rate of acceleration, given that acceleration draws more energy to accelerate the weight of your body and of the wheel forward. If you accelerate hard to 48, peak PWM will be higher. If you accelerate more gradually to 48, peak PWM will be lower.

Great looking wheel! Love that it’s a 20” and lighter. But that 50s battery data sheet don’t lie and zen reporting degradation at 2k miles already. Hope they still offer 50e.

I'm convinced, I'll be getting a lynx, but I haven't seen any good reviews in safety equipment like knee and elbow padding and gloves, something easy to take on and off AND can handle good impact. The occasional short point out of what elbow and knee pads your using and a brief mention. - Many thanks for the good reviews ! - I welcome any comments and will review them.

As a relatively new - but quite passionate - rider, and someone that is just getting more in depth with my wheels, I have an amateur question: do you set up your PWM in HT or HS mode? I'm a proud owner of the Lynx and want to make sure my parameters are accurate. Sorry if the answer is obvious! 😅 EUC greetings from Serbia!
