The battery is new just replaced it a month ago, so why is it doing it now? The red indicator is steady so i am guessing there is a problem with rolling brush

it depends on the amount of beeps with the solid light 1 beep is wheels, 2 beeps is side brush stuck, 3 beeps is suction fan issue, 4 beeps is stuck roller brush

I have the same problem since I put a new original battery inside. I asked eufy support and they said I need to activate the battery but that’s not working at all with this model. With the new battery it can run for 90 minutes but like yours it’s making the beeping when fully loaded. Everything is clean and nothing stuck and new battery is also correct inside.

@@p.o2697 Me too! Really annoying. Is there a way to solve this? Unit just keeps beeping four times with flashing red light. I've tested the battery on a volt meter and it's full just over 14v.

Hi! I have been dealing with this as well. I ended up changing my battery a few months ago and the beeping stopped. Then it started again so I got another new battery. Then that didn't fix the problem so I returned the battery and got another one. And that still didn't fix the problem. I don't want to keep buying batteries because they are a pain to return. Do you think it's possible I got 2 bad batteries and should try again?

I cant say for sure but I have had no more issues since changing the battery. And it's been in daily use since I posted this video

with the old battery it never did it, with the new battery it beeps four times when full. Eufy Support do not know why it beeps as it should not do that
