Don't move to Eugene unless you can buy a new bicycle every month... or you don't ride

I’m a fifth generation native. Please don’t come here. It’s way too big already.

Oh, so you're the biggest part of the problem then. Entitled people, inheritance, racism...all the reasons this town is garbage now.

Born and Raised and have to move to a different state because I can't even rent here. Not a friendly town for single women.

That's true, and it is worse for single men.

Eugene is overpriced, has an ongoing, increasing homeless population that is greatly enabled by taxpayer money being wasted on bandaids and studies, and a surprisingly overall vibe of self righteousness. It is also very tolerant of out of control University students/parties. Sadly a small city that is still quite closed minded. We have lived in the area for over 30 years, but would never live in Eugene proper. Many of the smaller surrounding communities are much friendlier and less expensive.

I’m from Eugene, and moved back 4 years ago. I still can’t find any homes in SE with at least 8 foot ceilings through the whole house. Idk why but ceilings are super short- even with higher end homes (up to 1 mil).

How much they are asking for those homes?
@LIVINGINEUGENE9 ай бұрын
Great Question! They were asking mid $700's. I am making new videos on what you can get for each price range as well (Ex: $300's, $400's, $500's etc). The first video will be posted sometime next week.

For house 2 I don’t understand why different color for floor and other wood features like frames, doors and cabinets.
