Nobody understand us - except us, basically. 😂 Armenians and Greeks should realte, bc they are also something like "orphans". There are ~8mio. Albanians, divided in several states (a lot albanians live in the diaspora, especially in Switzerland, Germany, etc.). However, not all 8 mio. Albanians are interested in ESC. Even if - we could not compeet with big nations like Spain, England, Portugal, France, etc. *400 mio. Spanish* speakers🇪🇸 *350 mio. English* speakers🇬🇧 *215 mio. Portuguese* spk. 🇵🇹 *170 mio. I don't understand why Albania is so underrated this year. It really is! People from different countries have different tastes of music: I read a lot of comments of people from Italy (where I am from), Spain, Portugal, who really like this song and I saw a lot of comments from northern countries describing this song as "boring"; it really weirds me out how people find boring songs that I love and clap to songs that I really don't care about... but I guess this is one of the most beautiful thing about the Contest. I just hope Albania will qualify, it deserves the final after two years out (and last year their song was good too).

@OMG I didn't mean to say that northern countries have shitty taste on music: I said we HAVE different tastes on music, which is different. FOR me our music is better, it has more depth, it's more soulful, but in the north people think that a song, to be good, has to be different from our music. I remember I read an interview to Mans Zelmerlow, in 2015; a journalist asked to him why, in his opinion, Italy and Sweden don't usually give a lot of points to each other: he said that he went to Italy once, for a songwriting session, and he went crazy because he and italian musicians had totally different opinions about how to create a good song. It's just a totally different music culture. There are exceptions, however: for example, I really disliked Sweden last year, but this year I actually like it.

I'm from Sweden and I like this song too even if I only understand just some few words. It's true that we have different kind of music and different taste in music here in the north of Europe and you in the south of Europe. I love albanian music, not all but much but my husband is from Albania so we listen to music from Albania often. Only thing is even if I love the sound of Albanian language that I don't understand what the song is about. That is the problem I think for many people that the they don't vote for some songs. Oh yea, I must add. Of course we do have music with deep, powerful, beautiful meaning to here in Sweden. But that the point, that songs are often in Swedish and if you don't understand Swedish you can't enjoy it and understand it fully.
