The thing i really like about your videos is the detail. It just comes out of you nonchalantly - "If I do this thing, then this thing happens over here... but it also affects that thing over there..." It creates a natural absorption of information that is easy to regurgitate in practical applications.

They're both custom made and really good. The other by Hypocases Switzerland and the other by Transit Case Finland.

Awesome setup man! That ohm's issue & solution is nifty... I just came across and bought a Z-matcher which allows you to adjust and match ohm's on the fly and it works great.

I couldn't find a hard flight case for my new Laney ironheart 120 head to save my life in north America, so UK will help build one. Did you have to get your amp rack cases custom made? Or does your country have specific heads like your marshalls that are pre-built i always noticed how reliable they look. ☄️

They're both custom made/ordered. The other (the left one) by a Swiss company called Hypocases (hypocases.ch) and the other by a Finnish company called Transit Case Oy (transitcase.fi). The Transit Case made used to be my touring rig back in the day for the two JCM800s.

I've got a silly question about speaker load distribution. Lets say all the amps are on at the same time. Only 1 amp is getting the actual speaker load due to the switcher. Is that not an issue because only 1 amp is receiving the guitar input at that point? Tube amps maybe don't need a load unless they are "pushing volume"?

Devices like the dsp cortex can be connected to cabs without a real tube amp? That’s how it’s used live?

It needs an external power amp if you want to do that. I connect it straight to our monitor mixer with two XLR's (like I have it connected in my studio to the audio interface) and from there the signal goes to my in-ear monitors and to FOH. That's how it's mostly used in general.

Needs a power amplifier. Seymour Duncan makes affordable solid state ones. Fryette makes some tube-based power amplifiers.

I was about to buy the reissue and after sweetwater guy pissed me off with his rug pull I still couldn't afford it lol so my first real tube amp is a Laney ironheart 120 head and thanks to Euge' review on it I decided to risk it for the biscuit and I got it and haven't looked back. I just got sucked into the hype, and remembered I will never afford a definitive mesa like the earlier years revisions 😂 My favorite dream gone into the hands of true corruption, can't wait for Agnesi to go after Copy cat mesa clones 🫣
