Hey Euge, you are such a talented musician and it seems like you have a cool song for every gear test. I've been playing for 3 years and want to start writing songs myself. Can you maybe do a tutorial on the topic? It would be nice to see how to build a song with suitable riffs 😁🤘

Thanks! Yes. Here’s a few videos where I go through what I’ve used recently in addition to using captures of my real amps, cabs & gear: - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHvVpY1repmXnM0si=SGjdL76u_n1DRlP_ - kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5mmc4p7o7ebhMksi=tXLXYGKGLEsDVyd3

Get vid again! Jose mods are an interesting addition to Marshalls, since I too prefer the amp driven gain vs a stomp box. However, as far as the master volume goes, I've understood that the Jose mod master is ALWAYS pre phase inverter. What he did, he made a switchable master that changes between pre and post TONE stack, which is just before the PI. Usually then the pre TONE stack option is preferred as you can choose how much gain is used to drive the tone circuits. Perhaps the person who did the mod can comment about this? :)
@EugeValovirta230V21 сағат бұрын
Thanks! Yes he did many different master volumes and sometimes all in one amp. Master on mine is pre phase inverter and post tone stack like on JCM800 2203s which is my favourite way.

I've gotten into wanting the NEW 20 watt JCM Studio (somewhat because I watched your video). I'm one those folks that'd get the Combo. I've been watching your videos for very a long time. I never logged into KZbin and commented on a video of yours before. I clicked the Subscribe button. Thanks for this video an especially thanks for ALL your videos. I love coming to your channel to research amps I'm interested in. I have a Marshall Class 5, DSL100H, DSL100HR, DSL20CR, and 3 DSL40CR amps (one I put on top of an original Marshall 1966A cab). I have 2 Mesa Boogie Mark Five amps, one Combo and their vertical 2X12, and one head with their vertical 2X12. I have a Blackstar HT Club 40 Combo with their 1X12 extension cab. ... and an EVH5150 III 1X12 Combo with an EVH 1X12 extension cab loaded with a Creamback 65. I can get a Burgera 1990 for $500 and the Marshall Studio 900 is $1200. Thanks again for this video and all your videos.

I own one 1960A vintage and two 1936 vintage, for a total of eight speackers Marshall G12 Vintage black/gold label. The two 1936 are in stack by PCM near the 1960, all cabinets are connected to Jvm410h, for me is the best sound both in clean and in distortion. Euge, you are great, best demonstration !!

The Fryette Power Stations are both incredibly versatile pieces of kit. I own both the PS100 and 50w PS2A, but I have a variety of 2x12 cabs wired in stereo, which I'll often use with just one or the other speaker on smaller amps, and that's where the PS2A excels, because unlike the PS100, it has dual Speaker Out jacks. However, for obvious reasons,, both units are relatively unnecessary when used with Master Volume amps, and those types of amps tend to be my personal faves.

Great channel for old school tube rock! I love my Marshall 50 and 100 watt Superleads and my Laney AOR 100 watt! But....right now I must get the grounding in them much more quite! I know Dr. Z uses star grounding in his amps, so they are probably very quite ( I have never played on any to know first hand). My question Euge is, did this EMS amp impress you with it's low noise floor? You know, without all of that static "y" sshhhhh when not playing in overdrive? Randy Rhodes amp setup was notorious for this noise...too bad no one at Marshall (who did his one wire mod) fixed the grounding issues with his amps! Thanks again for the great channel!! 💪🙌👍!!

In Flames are very dear to me, amazing melodies and heavy riffs! Indeed, I also need to find motivation to learn whole songs (well, if my abilities allow it 😁). Thanks a lot for the great content, Euge! I don't know if you like Jeff Hanneman's playing and composing, but if some day you decide to make "In the style of Jeff", that would be great! Thanks again!
