Even though there's lots of studio gear in your setup, every part really has its purpose and difference in the grand scheme of things. I think it's very wisely put together, opting for tried-and-true elements instead of going redundant for no particular reason. Thanks for the update video, cheers!

Hi, I must say that you have some really really super great gear. The guitars are top of the line guitars. I have quite a few Gibson Les Paul´s and I think it´s great guitars. The ESP/LTD Eclipse models are better balanced and more comfortable to sit down and play mostly because of the thinner body and belly cutaway, once I had a ESP Eclipse CTM 1 FT (Full Thickness) and that one was just as heave as a Gibson Les Paul. What is it with your Gibson Les Paul you think that makes it not so pleasant to play ?

Hi Euge. Great gear, beautiful guitars. By any chance, are you familiar with Esa Holopainen's 2018 Custom Shop ESP ? It's similar to the Phoenix that you display at 25:00 , except it has a black body and a sharper bottom horn. Have you tried it and do you know if it was a one-off model ESP made for Esa, or will they make it available to the general public one day? Keep Rockin' 🤘

Cool vid! Since your amp heads are conveniently housed within road cases, do you ever gig them? Willbyou perhaps still cart everything out to local venues? Or, is this strictly all used for recording?

When you buy a amp switcher you know you have a problem. 😂
@EugeValovirta230V7 ай бұрын
😁😁
@ilmisxx27 ай бұрын
The problem starts when you need to buy a guitar rack and it snowballs from there. Symptoms include but are not limited to: having a drawer full of guitar cables, having a drawer full of strings, having to move/sell/donate items to make room for gear, installing wall guitar hangers outside of home studio space, having to dedicate a room for guitar cases

@EugeValovirta230V7 ай бұрын
They’re normal but I just wrap around the strings. Gentrel angle - less string break up, I like how my hand ”rests” when doing this, in general I’ve always done that since I was a kid and just like it 😎👌.

Mitä mieltä muuten oot Fishman Fluence Modern -mikeistä? Mua kiinnostais aktiivimikit, tietty 81/60 EMGt sopisi tähän mun puuhaan oikein hyvin, mutta noita Fishmaneja näkee nykyään tosi paljon.

Euge, i've watched almost all your video's and there is one thing I'm not sure if you ever mentioned or talked about... In regards to the JCM800's, was there a difference between the vertical vs. horizontal inputs? Or was it just an esthetic change over time?
@EugeValovirta230V3 ай бұрын
Yeah horizontal ones have less filter caps and/so they are a bit more agressive. At least in my experience.

Haha, and you keep the BIG GUNS in your homestudio and go on stage with the tiny Irdium....funny how the guitar world has changed :-) Have you ever tried a Kemper,Helix etc?
@EugeValovirta230V7 ай бұрын
Iridium is as loud as my old 800s but just a small in size which is very handy especially on fly in dates. Yeah and I don’t like digital stuff. It’s the tiny latency and I just feel disconnected with those computers.

I have a japanese jackson with licensed floyd since 2007. It holds the tuning forever, when room conditions are stable. Just wanted to say, those licensed floyd have a worse reputation than they deserve. But it is my only floyd guitar, so maybe i've been just lucky with it. Also I'm a bit of a scrapper - my 8 Guitars in sum might be worth like 1 and a half of your ESPs
