I made a one province custom nation in South Africa called the New Roman Empire. I made both of the rulers the oldest they could be, and I made the heir a 0/0/0, and I was able to lower the points enough to make my ruler immortal. Thanks Rights of Man!!!

Yes depending on the strength of the HRE being emperor should really boost your points. I mean it's just silly that Austria isn't a great power when in 1444 they start out as the most powerful nation in Europe.

they'd have to give the AI, and the players, a lot more tools. Right now a rebelion is big and dwindles. Either you win as a rebel in the first battle or you're boned.
