Awesome lecture, thanks! And in case it strikes your interest, a related topic you could cover that I find fascinating are the various organizational levels of the genome. For instance, how DNA exposed to protein binding during chromatin remodeling is organized "thematically" in a way that enables group or related transcriptions, or other ways in which genes are spatially organized in a given DNA strand. And there are other forms of organization such as the "histone code", or the spatial repartition of chromosomes within the nucleus that are all quite astounding. Thanks again for your lectures!
