Because when your professor studied this there is no videos he can find on the internet. Beside, school in the United States are funded by capitalists, and affected by them, they want you to spent more money on master and doctor degree and learn less than their sons and daughters which can hire primary teachers. In United States, most University be forced to promote anti-communism education other-wise those capitalists won't fund them, only MIT keep a obsecure attitude toward communism. Because if your head are normal, you should know chairman take away most benefit you made, since people study mathematics always keep the firm logic, they know capitalism is not fair, communism is needed whatever what medias and other people say.

TFIIB joins to the upstream of promoter at BRE region not downstream .Also TBP is a subunit of TFIID only, it comprises of two subunits , TATA binding protein (TBP) and TAFs ( TATA associated factors)
@brentonpettitt17964 жыл бұрын
I agree.
@saramalik54403 жыл бұрын
TFIIB joins upstream of PIC complex, not downstream and it’s not TFIIB sole acting here, it’s a ternary complex with base specific interactions (, not non-specific as you incorrectly stated,)with the major groove upstream (to BRE). It’s this assymetric binding of TFIIB to TBP-TATA which induces assymetry in the rest of assembly of PIC and unidirectional transcription that results.
@saramalik54403 жыл бұрын
Also TFIIB majorly stabilises melted DNA somewhat akin to row 3/4 linker in bacterial case until RNA-DNA hybrid take over. Kinda of molecular mimic to RNA
