I was under the impression he did rape the guy. It alluded to it. Before leaving he was showering. Also his mantra while he was walking through the locker room and the fixation and obsession pointed to him being closeted. As well as him cat fishing Jules. When he first met her at the party he told her point blank “he knows what she is” (referring to her being trans) then mix that with the fact his dad has all those videos with him being rough and domineering with other trans people. But that’s just my thoughts

I don’t think it was wasted he was good in that movie, it just was an ordinary cliche rom comedy with quite a few dramatic scenes that were quite good. That sequence scene where Nate bangs his head on the floor in complete desperation and full anxiety attack after seing himself and his dad reflection on the mirror. What a raw scene. Loved it how euphoria got so real. Instant respect for this actor . Portrayed perfectly that powerless feeling and disgust his character was going through. And in this interview you can clearly see he connected with Nate and comprehends it to it's core. Nate can be a monster who hides a broken child in him, and when jacob said that Nate doesn't has an idea of what a family is supposed to be like, so correct ... the impact of the secret of his father broke the inocense in such a crucial stage of his childhood, in this lies the core of nates complexity and Jacob got it on point! Im looking forward to see more about nate in the upcoming seasons and also more characters interpretated by Jacob .

He’s so multi layered and he really kept me guessing which I feel is what his character is going to continue to do. He keeps me asking and wanting more knowledge of his mindset. Will her turn out like his father? Is he self hating due to his sexuality(I’m leaning towards him being Bi only b/c of his father and him leaching his mark on Nate at a young age). Can I just say “wow!” for this performance. Truly outstanding! I can’t imagine delving into the kind of issues Nate has and doing the character justice. Especially as he is such an I likeable character. But Jacob does an amazing job. I just loved this series. Wish it was on more platforms

This is the first time I'm seeing him as himself and I've just realized how talented of an actor he is. Some of the actors in the show play people similar to themselves (nothing wrong with that), but he literally transformed himself into Nate. His mastery of the accent alone is impressive. I have a newfound respect for him, hope he goes on to make amazing films.

Jacob Elordi is an outstanding actor. Just from the way he explains his character and how he approached his part, it is truly remarkable and inspiring. He will defiantly get recognized for his talent on this show and I am so happy that we are able to see his charm and humbleness that he brings to the television world even through the dark side that Nate expresses , he knows his character is like that for a reason and it shows that Elordi really understands playing him! does the ending of what I said make sense? haha love euphoria !
