Regarding the Atom Pro, espresso I've found more challenging to grind fine enough on light and medium roasts. Do you have any advice? The result I've found with medium roasts often doesn't hit 9 bars of pressure, runs too quickly and is more liquidy than traditional espresso shots. Also, will you sell replacement burrs for the Atom pro? Also, is it possible to replace the existing burr set and add more traditional 75mm Eureka or SSP burrs to the Atom Pro instead? I believe the hook attachment is for V60 drippers. It fits them well. Thanks for the video. Wish there was more on the Atom Pro.
