Can you use a cleaning solution instead of water for moping?

This one looks nice. I bought an i5 roomba and am in mapping @$=+÷!! It maps but can't find the bedrooms and falls down the stairs. I'm returning it. I NEED one is less expensive, and the mapping works. I'd be happy with a vac only with rollers that worked. So far, I'm not finding them without the mop festure. I'm in the 200-300 price point. I've seen so many people have them break down, i think why spend a lot if they just break. Hmm. Any advice if you see this?

We haven't tested anything at that price point. I don't think the value is there personally. Unfortunately, better tech costs more. I'd look for something used on eBay or just wait a year or two until the high end teck trickles down to cheaper robots. Good mapping requires more expensive hardware and better software.

Is the base station dual voltage (110 and 220)? I ask because I am moving to a 220v place for a year and would like to not incur the same expense twice in a short amount of time
