2 pork or chicken chops (thin, flattened)
2 eggs
70g of flour
70g breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
1 lemon (for serving)
STEPS:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Put the flour in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs in another.
3. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
4. Dip each cutlet in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve the schnitzels with lemon wedges.
